Every Employer group desires to provide "Wellness" to their members but is challenged with how to begin? London Medical Management, Inc. has developed several programs that help companies with both short-term and long term cost containment strategies.
Our healthcare professionals analyze your healthcare data to determine the programs that are best suited for your employees. Every Employer is different, as is their healthcare challenges. You may have a large group of Diabetics but your wellness initiatives are more focused on other disease management areas and with our analysis, we are able to direct your efforts most efficiently.
Here is a value added benefit that combines our crisis management and claims review expertise with a 3-Tier Wellness Process:
1st Level
Web based or print HRA (Health Risk Assessment) completed by the member with a copy sent to a Patient PAL "coach" and the member. The RN calls the member to consult on results which reflect a Moderate or High Risk category.
2nd Level
The member is scheduled for a comprehensive physical with one of London Medical Management's contracted providers and utilizes dollars in the health plan allocated for "preventive health or wellness" to cover expense of basic History and Physical appointment. They negotiate with the health plan or providers to cover the cost of the physical.
3rd Level
The physician who completes the physical, requests' information about patient's family Physician in order to share the results of the exam. 70% of patients DO NOT have a family doctor, so London Medical Management, Inc. finds them an in-network Physician and schedules a follow up appointment for the member.
We believe this three tier engagement process will engage the member in the health plan and provide preventative services that will in turn be a cost savings to the company.
